**If you have a 2nd policy, and it is Blue Cross or Greenshield, we can direct bill to it as well. (If your 2nd policy is any other company, you will have to submit it on your own.)
Please be sure to call us prior to your appointment with your policy numbers so that we can have your insurance all set up for you.
Doctors note: We will do our best to let you know ahead of time if you need a doctors referral, or if yours is about to expire, but it IS your responsibility to have a valid note ready for your appointment time. We will keep your note on file, so you do not have to bring one in to every appointment. Each plan is different, but most require a new note every year (valid for one year from the date on the note).
It is the clients' responsibility to pay for any amounts owing that the insurance policy does not cover. If not caught at the time of your appointment, your credit card will be charged the outstanding balance.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available to purchase. Certificates are available in dollar amounts only. Feel free to call ahead, so we can have it ready for you.
policies
Cancellation policy: We require 12 hours notice to cancel your scheduled appointment. Cancellations cannot be made over Facebook and Instagram messaging. $30 is charged for cancelling short of 12 hours prior to your appointment time.
No-show: If you miss your appointment, you are considered to have been a “no-show”. We charge $30.00 for any appointments not attended.
Credit Card: All clients must provide credit card information in order to book an appointment. If you use our direct billing services, credit card information is mandatory. Your credit card will be charged any amount owing that your insurance company did not cover. Your credit card will also be charged in the event of a no-show, or a late cancellation.
**Should you decline to leave your credit card information, that is alright, however the full amount of the massage appointment missed will be owed to Body Waves prior to booking any future appointments.

TALK + NEURO
Enjoy a combined TALK + NEURO session which includes either 1 hour or 90 minutes of Talk Therapy plus your usual Neurofeedback Brain Train session.
1 hour Talk Therapy + Neurofeedback session (90 minutes total) — $125
90 minutes Talk Therapy + Neurofeedback session (2 hours total) — $150
