KRISTEN HUDON, RMT, OWNER
Kristen graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2005 and opened Body Waves the following year.
Her massage entails broad heavy strokes and deep muscle stripping when needed, all awhile making it feel nice! Her treatments are delivered with the same quality she would expect to have on herself. She believes a healthy lifestyle is key to a happy lifestyle, and encourages all clients to keep active, eat well, remember good posture and STRETCH lots! Kristen is a qualified Thai Yoga Therapist.
She grew up in La Salle; and remembers when most of your yards were fields where she played baseball with her friends. She is pleased with the growing community and all of the friendly newcomers to town!
KRISTEN IS NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
TYLER BURNS, RMT.
Tyler began his journey in La Salle in 2015 soon after graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba.
His knowledge of sport and physical training have helped better his assessment and treatment. He'll get into those little muscles you didn't even know you had, and would be happy to show you how to roll out those I.T. Bands on our Trigger Point foam rollers. Tyler is certified in Cupping Therapy (Read about it on our TREATMENTS page).
Tyler grew up in Pilot Mound and is now nestled in the city. He enjoys crossfit, weight training, jogging, and spending time with family and his pup. Prior to his Massage training, he dedicated 5 years to the military where he traveled to Afghanistan as a member of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.
ALICIA DE VOS, RMT.
Alicia graduated in 2017 from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies.
Alicia approaches her massages with more treatment based techniques, and will put you into position to get into those deeper muscle areas. She is qualified to perform Cupping Therapy and Reflexology, and is currently completing her Thai Yoga Certification.
She enjoys quality time with her beautiful family, while keeping active outdoors and eating healthy; and she's quite artistic too! You may recognize Alicia as she also grew up in La Salle.
Chelsea Parker, RMT
Chelsea graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2018 where she worked as a student therapist while going to school. She discovered the great benefits of massage therapy when she was expecting her first child. Now, as a mom of two, prenatal massage is a great passion of hers. She has always loved helping people and massage therapy allows her to combine this passion with her love of health and wellness. She has taken additional workshops in Fascia techniques, Pre and Post Sport Massage and Pre-natal techniques.
Chelsea enjoys cottaging with her family, hitting the gym and jogging, if you see her running by, please wave!
